MARAZZI DESIGNS provides design services to Clients in the U.S. and in Europe.

 

We provide Architectural and Interior Design services and Green Building consulting to Residential new construction and/or remodels of a whole house or apartment, and to any single space, such as: kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, home office, and living & dining areas; we are available to consult Clients on overall design ideas, furnishings and layout, and on theme/style. We have experience in designing for Commercial spaces, such as: restaurant, office, healthcare, and retail.

We are specialized in space planning that incorporates the principles of Universal Design, Aging-in-Place, and ADA compliancy. Furthermore, we are passionate about the principles of LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design), which includes methods for green building, energy savings, water efficiency, indoor air quality, and sustainable, recycled, and local/regional materials and products. We implement these principles and recommendations in the projects wherever possible.

• Research, Client interviews, data collection, codes & regulations, and programming of the project;

• Architectural drawings, complete set of construction documents and schedules, also in Metric;

• Working, shop & detail drawings for cabinetry, closets, and furniture;

• Specification of materials, finishes, fixtures, systems, appliances, millwork, lighting, furnishings, as well as art and accessories;

• Assist Client with identifying contractors and the bidding and contracting process;

• Designer’s observation of construction and final installation.

• Provide qualified Project Management services for both large and small projects.
